Start on the right foot.

Starting the day off on the right foot.

Water drank. Check.

Breakfast. Check.

Mini dance parta. Check.

Bit of bible study. Check.

Sense of humor packed. Check.

So often, we can get started off on the wrong foot. Crabby, from not enough sleep. Hungry, from not getting in breakfast. Annoyed,….*shrug*….just cuz it seems at times.

It’s important to get started on the right foot. Can’t help what the day may bring. We CAN do something about the attitude we bring to the day.

I remind myself of this as have to kick my own hind end for standing on the wrong things, at time.

For instance, the day had been hard. Rightly so. Tough things going on. So, I had ALREADY convinced myself the next day would be impossible and had myself half talked out of showing up, at all, the next day….smh…*sigh*.

Got myself some act right. Stood on solid foundation.

This life is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo worth LIVING. Keep going. This hard patch will ease up, a bit.

In the meantime, enjoy the hard. Embrace the suck. Take Yikes! and Egads! with you as you learn new things about Life, yourself, others.

I had been fretting about being tired of fighting things alone. Today, I am thankful for having the space to grow and do as I need to. May come a time when I have a house full and wishing I was alone!

Today, we begin again. And, if you make a mis step, begin AGAIN. And, again. Can restart the day as many times as it takes.
